Dear EBA Families,
Know that your children are in good hands each day and under the caring and watchful eye of teachers who love God and want to see your kids grow in the nurture and admonition of the Lord. Meeting and greeting parents and kids during morning drop off is always a highlight and something I look forward to as I drive to school each day. For myself and on behalf of our whole staff, thanks for trusting us and being part of the EBA family.
Afternoon Pick-up Procedures:
As with any school year there always a few logistical bugs to work out and I wanted to take a moment and remind you of these important safety protocols.
Remind your students not to linger in the building after school but to be picked up so you do not have to wait. Make it your aim to pick up and be off campus by 3:15pm each day. This allows our staff to get back to their classrooms and attend to their after school duties. If students remain in the building after 3:15pm they must be in a supervised classroom or enrolled in the After-Care program. I know they love to just “hang out” but they can do that during lunch; after school we want a swift and smooth pick up process.
Please understand that the safety of all students and families is a very high priority at EBA. Please follow the speed limit of 5 miles an hour in the park lot. Any caught not following the speed limit will be subject to possible fines and removal from the property. Thanks again for safely following our protocols.
Car Pool Rides needed:
We are in need of help getting a couple of students transported right after school this year. If you would be able to serve in this way, please contact the office, 303-659-3818.
Emergency Card Contact Information/Authorized Student Pick Up Forms:
Thank you for turning in your emergency contact information. If you are a new family, please turn yours in to the office by August 30th. All students need to turn in the form indicating who is authorized to pick up the student from school. Forms are available in the school office.
